如何更换损坏的地磅传感器

在更换损坏的地磅称重传感器时应按照生产厂家的要求进行，以免产生新的损坏。更换步骤如下：

1.打开损坏了的传感器上方盖板，用千斤顶顶起秤台，取下连接件。如有限位支座，则拆下限位支座。

2.打开接线盒，将损坏了的传感器的电缆线与接线盒断开，拆除固定此电缆线的电缆夹，在传感器端抽出电缆线。

注意：在抽线时，附上一根引线穿过秤台，以便在更换新传感器时，很方便地将电缆线穿越秤台进入接线盒。

3.用套筒扳手松开固定传感器的高强度螺母，拆下传感器。
把新的传感器装上，用高强度螺栓螺母固定住传感器，再用扭矩扳手按规定的扭矩拧紧螺母。

4.参照2的方法，将新传感器电缆线穿越秤台进入接线盒，用电缆夹固定住电缆线。

5.按照接线图将电缆线各芯线固定在接线盒对应的接线柱或焊点上。

6.安装连接件(支承头涂黄油)和限位支座。松开千斤顶，放平秤台，盖上盖板。

7.更换传感器后，必须对地磅重新设定、标正。
